Mitch Lijewski

Equal parts creative leader and strategic business development executive, I have built 2 global music brands – X-Ray Dog and BMG Production Music.  I graduated from the University Of North Texas with a jazz degree and studied orchestration and film composition at UCLA mentoring with Danny Elfman’s orchestrator Stephen Scott Smalley.  My first trailer score was written and licensed for Jim Carrey’s The Mask in 1994 which led to me launching my own company in 1997 focusing on feature film advertising and creating unique exciting hybrid musical sounds. Over the years I produced, wrote or licensed 1000s of marketing campaigns for Hollywood blockbusters including The Lord Of the Rings, The Dark Knight, Iron Man, The Hunger Games, Twilight, Pirates Of the Caribbean, Narnia and Harry Potter.

I believe the secret to success is uniqueness – standing out by creating premium products and services combined with winning partnerships that lift individuals and companies up to produce a business culture and environment that inspires and drives positive results.
